Environmental enforcement software

Littering, dog fouling and commercial waste cause many problems for local councils and the communities they serve. Arepo's Inkara software provides an environmental enforcement module that helps councils and their staff or service providers to enforce these issues through an easy to use mobile app. 

Smartphone app

Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN's) can be added to the system directly by staff, in real time and with photographic evidence, by using the android smartphone app. The staff use the app to collect all relevant information, and the FPN is printed on a robust mobile printer, where it can then be handed directly to the offender. The FPN is uploaded immediately (*) to your Inkara account. 

If you prefer, hand-written paper-based FPNs can be issued instead, and any associated digital photos can be uploaded through easy-to-use web pages when the patrol staff return to their base. 

FPN payments

FPNs can be paid by the customer directly on your web site, or your staff, for instance in a council office or call centre, can process payments on the customer's behalf. The payment rules can be configured and the price presented to, and paid by the customer is automatically calculated. All steps within the Fixed Penalty Notice process are auditable within your account. 

Integration with other modules

The Environmental Enforcement module is integrated with other modules such as Staff Patrols reducing the amount of data that needs to be configured within an account. Where the smartphone app is in use, staff can access all of these functions through a single, easy-to-use android application.
