Inkara case study for Train Operating Company Revenue Protection
A Train Operating Company (TOC) client recently decided to bring the whole of their Debt Recovery and Prosecution Process in-house. Previously the civil debt recovery process, including the underlying systems, were outsourced to a third party.
The TOC has successfully utilised Arepo's Mobile Revenue Protection app since 2017, as part of their move to an in house solution approached Arepo to provide an end-to-end solution.

Arepo worked closely with the client’s prosecution and revenue protection team to define all of the notice workflows and configured an Inkara account to meet all of these needs. The Inkara mobile app was further updated to include postcode validation and to work with the existing fleet of Zebra mobile printers. Leveraging the existing Inkara functionality provides various reports and functionality that allows clients to self-manage their account with Arepo providing support as and when needed.
